There will be many times you get stressed throughout your college experience. We all have different ways to relieve stress- i.e. listening to music, workout, stretch, etc. For Monday, research different unique ways to relieve stress (activities for stress relief) and come prepared to "teach" this strategy to the class. It must be something the whole class can participate in, you cannot just come in and say "play video games" and not have any activity for the class to do.
In addition, I am assigning a one page article reaction paper. Please go get the UCF Future newspaper, select an article, and write a one page summary and personal reaction to the article. Staple the article to your paper and turn it in on Monday.
